9/10/2023 and this just dropped for me off the plaguebone PH
While farming Frosty Datura I had 3 of these drop off of that mob. Seems someone made it easier for an obsolete quest. Also they are now No Destroy so once you pick it up your committed to see it through or file a petition to have it removed.

This camp can take you several hours before he drops the medallion and not just bones. :)

Anybody know if the PH is called Plaguebone Skeleton? That is the only mob near that loc and I've killed him an absolute ton... No spawn.
The placeholder is a plaguebone skeleton. He is a single spawn up on the hill above one of the Drachnid camps.
He is very rare, but if you are frustrated now wait till you get to the Pained Soul in Trakanon's Teeth. Next to PS this guy is common.

It's droped by the rotting skeleton, loc is around 2270, -5240

anyone know what drops this piece or if its on the ground in DL?
