Might not be that great for the level of mobs it drops off of but... As a shaman I need HP and AC. Wisdom and mana are just bonuses. I was wearing an ODS but since I have pretty much out grown the mana pres on it I am now wearing this. I lost a bit of ac but gained a bunch of hp and some mana.
