Orc Finger Bones do not drop off any orcs in Nektulos. Neither do Orc Foot Bones.
Orcs in Nek drop the ribcages, ulnas (very rare) tibias, fibias, sternums, clavicles, humerus, and skulls. This is based on well over 4,000 orc kills in Nek on several different servers.
In Crushbone, Orc Fingers do not appear to drop, but this is only after 200 or so orc kills.
Most Crushbone players do not care if a DE is around to loot no-drop worthless bones. Just announce you are there to do so. For the record, the CB orcs drops bones at close to 10 TIMES the rate of Nek orcs. Many CB orcs drop multiple bones.

Just thought ya'll should know if you are a de, you may not wanna go to Crushbone to kill these guys, when you kill the orcs there, you get some bad faction with the Dark elf warrior (guards) and another one I believe, just a heads up =)

None of the orc bone pages (foot, ulna, etc) mention that these also (supposedly, I have yet to find them) drop in Nektulos off of deathfist orcs. My DE warrior needs them for her newb armor too =/ and I'm not sure which mob drops them as there are no pawns in Nektulos.
