Focus effects that affect the spell will, such as Burning Affliction, or the named versions of such. Also, Improved Damage will help the procs, as my Mage has a Sarnak Summoners Dagger and a Fabled Robe of the Ishva, and the robe glows with power when my dagger finally manages to proc.
However, cast time reduction and mana preservation (for obvious reasons) don't seem to work on right clicky items. I tested this with a summoned haste ring (on Mage) and a ceramic band (don't remember the color, red or blue maybe...) and didn't see any reduction...still went through the full cast bar.
As a druid, I know my Affliction items work on my ES arms and my Warden Symbol of Tunare.
Would think they would affect other items as well, so affliction haste items would be nice with these, though you'd still have problems with a long casting time.
about 15k tops on these boots, but i recomend getting incarnadine boots, the effect on these isnt taht great due to the cast time, and stats on incarnadine are very nice:)
Casting time is probably twice the time it takes to cast the spell regularly. That's how it is with the bracer and the vambraces anyway, and most other kunark armor.
They should, but knowing Verant prob won't. The trooper scale quests were great for lizzie warriors as they finally got a set of quest armor basically the same as crafted.
