Wondering some info on these? They drop off Random mobs or is there something i need to camp to get?

Yep, these should be listed as being dropped by Falto, Lord of Thunder.

Most of the new PoP stuff is Rog, Rng, and Shm only because verant royally screwed chain classes on the diety armor. They finally realized that their efforts to "balance" were really crippling the chain classes to certain pieces of armor. This is an effort to let us catch up.
Haha yea, chain classes really got gimped on the cultural armor thing. Leather too, though they have plenty of armor elsewhere.
why are so many new pop items rng/rog/shm only?
They've gone back to armor types on some stuff....those are the 3 chain wearing classes.
Well if the item icon is significant, these should be leather. But we know VI isnt very much on icons looking anything like the product. Or for race/class/level items making any sense whatsoever. Why ask why?
well if you look all the de newbie plate wearers icons are the leather icons ie orc slayers and bonemail for the war and sk who knows these could be plate for the chain wearers since yes it does exsist if you doubt it look up myrlokors(sp) the bp drops of trakanon but still its plate

As a meele though, I would rather see these go to a Shaman.
Rangers and Rogues are best holding off untill Boots of the Ancients, or Mithril/Destroyer Boots.
While its true Rangers do use mana/wisdom, a stat that these boots have tagged onto them, it plays a much more vital role for shamen, and to a Ranger, mana Regen Rate is more important than total mana pool.
