i do not know what server you are on but on Druzzil Ro it has started to even out now with the good items keeping value and the trash i.e lockjaws vest dropping through the floor. besides untill verdant stop twinking <which they won't> the economy will be screwwed anyway. hell i twinked my new main with 10k worth of gear and 75% of the cash came from selling silks in bazaar<5pp per si" Games been around a long time, farming pp isnt impressive, i used give items so then buddies at low level would have all th ebest things for their slots.

This BP has no value to a warrior, it has +to mana. Lol. But then
We were at the top of the sand tower and this guy pops as we were attacking another. We mezzed and switched to the named but couldn't slow him. He has a 1500 DD that goes off alot and hits up to 750ish against my 1300ac. I had 7100 hp at the time and i lasted about 3 seconds after getting a few heals and a Cheal. Most of the group jumped into his portal and safely ported into the CY. Then they trained down tot eh zone and cleared aggro.
We ress'ed and went back up. Cleared the surrounding mobs and pulled him into the far corner. We slowed and nuked and me, Pally, Cleric, chanter, 2 Bsts, and a Magician took him down. Not a big issue after we slowed. When he got down to 17%, expect a major rampage and he killed me with that. The group finished him off.
The BP dropped, NBG and now I own one. I had the Iron BP of the Demented. This has nice AC but the other gives 25ish more HP.

I just purchased one of these for my 49clr i upgraded from the Kylong BP. I suggest if you have the extra 30K

have traded this one for a phase spider carapace, an emerald tunic and a stone of morid and an other litle item. an equivalent of 28-30Kpp on my server (Sullon). I have it on my cleric. well iam happy ith this BP but is not the best BP tradable in game just watch the BP from velious (perless BP from WW). this bp dont add a lot of hp and a lot of mana. the resists are not very good exept for somes specifics raids.

Seeing that I screwed up (even though when I made my war. it did not matter at the time) and made my war agnostic this is the best bp I can get without having to join a guild. I would pay 65k easy for this and be happy.

What people seem to be missing is that it is not a god based armor like most cultural. There are NO good tradable BPs for something like a agnostic Ogre/war and I know Bards have a hard time too.
I got one for 65k and felt to was a great deal. Depending on how rare this drop turns out to be, I can see this ranging from 50-100k. It is after all the best tradable BP in the game.

This breastplate is great, true the resists are probably on good for something like a Grummus or Bertox raid, but for the AC stats and HP/mana you're not gonna find a better plate chest piece outside of bidding points in a high end guild raid on a drop or sticking it out in a single LDoN camp for weeks.

This is the highest AC for a BP that an Iksar can wear that is not NoDrop. might have somthing to do with its price

For Ogre Shadowknights, this is great armor. Plus, with so few Ogre cultural smiths on my server, cultural armor isn't an option for them. Ogre warriors can wear Fierce Heraldic, but Ogre Shadowknights can't. Go figure.

This drops in Bastion of Thunder, not in PoStorms. I had one drop for me off the earth Mini(not in tower) last week.
What is wrong with the people that post prices? You can pick up a smithed bp for 20-30k any night in the bazaar. This is moderately better at best. 40k max on this bp, don't get ripped off.

it may be droppable, but for a character below,say,35-40, this item would suck. with recommended lvl at 56, they wont get that great of stats out of it, thereby being not suitable to twink a new toon. lol, btw on the twink issue, everyone that has been playin for a while has one, so why is there still people that are so upset about twinking...its a natural occurance =P

Anyone have any idea what mob drops this. I would like to grab one and throw it on a level 1 cleric just for a day or so and run around the bazaar and see how many people ask me for Aego. Once again, FOOKIN AMAZING!
Why on earth would people assume you have Aego just because you are wearing a droppable BP?

Good question, ranks right up there with why people assume my Ikky necro is a monk just cause he is wearing a robe :).
But I have to agree, most people are smart enough to know it is a droppable BP and just assume you are a twink. I do however hope that these items are much much rarer than the polearms from PoJ or else EQ wont have much of an economy left.
I'm beginning to wonder if Sony did this on purpose to take care of all those people who make money in RL by buying items/accounts and reselling them.

I keep seeing garbage items for sale in the bazar for sale any where between 200pp and 1200pp (It was a Lockjaw hide vest, AND NO, I'm not kidding) The economy is way out of wack and always will be until people realize that a just because an item drops in a higher level zone but completely sucks a$$ that it really isnt worth 1k or more.
