So getting these for 150pp in bazaar was a good buy for my 28 rngr on luclin srvr?? HeeHee! It feels sooo good to get somethin that good for cheap! I love the 99 copper store.

I mean MOST ppl have better so then u think twink gear but with rec lvl it kinda makes that useless...i dunno just my opinion, of course there are still some nice items i have seen but most arent that great
My current boots are AC 10, Str 5, . . . These would be an upgrade and I could probably get half their cost for my current boots: and I'm level 49. Yeah, I'll probably loot better by 55-60, but for now, these would be great and cheap!

Heck I just bought em for my 56 Shammy. Got em for 750pp so I thought it was a good time to replace my Black Furbie Sow Boots. Figure if I get better I will pass them along to my Ranger.
LOL... some peoples cr*p is someone elses gold... I would take these for my 52 Ranger right now.. When your struggling for every damn plat these look great.

Maybe you don't like these boots, but they look really nice on my 50 ranger who had Shimmering Terrorhides on before that. Not everyone is in an uber guild and hunting Emp. Ssra everday you know...
that has got to be one of the stranges groups of usable classes i have ever seen rng rog and shm hmmm

Read "all chain classes" instead of RNG/ROG/SHM.
Lots of items, starting with the last items designed in Luclin, are aimed at xxx-wearers. Leather for leather-maximum classes, cloth for cloth-only classes, plate for plate-maximum classes...
And chain for chain-maximum classes.
