I didnt see this veil when I was flagged for PoV/PoS, but picked it up in Bazaar for 1.5K - a pretty decent twink item for my 44 iksar monk. Monky cannot enjoy the full benefits of the veil just yet, but it is still worth wearing and well worth the plat it cost.

Saw this a couple times, I know it droped in exe.
