Extremely common, I was at 2 raids once, back to back(weekend) and he dropped dual signet of withering flesh twice(4 total).
I don't see how it can be worth so much if it is so ungodly common...

ok. this is excellent, but stop drooling and get it! im 55 cleric, led 2 grummus raids, i won this on one of em. Drops from aramin the spider guardian, hes not too hard if you can handle the baby spiders that spawn when he dies.

This ring is okay, but not great. I would rate Band of the Visionary as better due to saves. I swap this to resist ring on raids. :p

OMG! If you let a warrior roll on this in a NBG situation your on sumthin! This may be all/all but the WIS and INT make this a caster item for sure! I'll give ya a 110 hp buff for life if i can have the 10 wis and 50 mana ring.

Stamina post 255 is soft capped as far as Hp gain from it goes.
Level 61 warrior friend only gained 13hp from 5 stamina (roughly 2.5 hp per)

Relatively pointless post, since the Band of the Arisen Cultist does not drop any more (outside of Legends server) and cannot be traded.

You forget that 255 is no longer the cap.

Without doin AA, 260 becomes the cap once dinging 61, 265 upon dinging 62, ect. Its yet to be seen how much this will affect manapool and how that has been changed however. I have a feeling that big +mana items are still gonna be > big +int/wis items. Time will tell.

No offense, Yendys, but with the planar AA it can go up twice per level for 5 points an increase, for a total maximum of 10 points per level.
IE., at level 61 you can put two points into it, raising it to 265, at 62 another two putting it up to 275, 63 - 285, 64 - 295, 65 - 305.
Or at least thats the way I read it from my AA chart. Might've been deemed unbalancing and changed though, I haven't kept up with it since PoP was released.

Yes but he said WITHOUT doing any AA. You can buy higher caps with AA for every lvl after 60, but even without it the caps raise by 5 points per level.

i can definatly see this one being used by a lot of people...will be the new "wedding ring" type jewelry for those who can get/afford it. definatly a very nice ring, has both mana and hp with some saves to boot

Very true friend. Nothing says "I love you" like a band of withering flesh around your sweetheart's finger! Please don't flame me becuase I couldn't pass up the idea of usnig this as a "wedding ring". Be safe!
Band of the Arisen Cultist. Don't have correct stats, but pretty much the same, other resists and hp/mana though, i think.
