I love this thing, sure no proc. boo-hoo, lol ... My little inkie no strength having butt has always had a hell of a time doing melee damage. Being somewhat poor I have never had the Noct, or Goo covered knights blade, etc option for 1HS - so have settled for the centi LS route and plated shield (free), that is - until I got this thing. Now I hit regularly for 88 + and sometimes as much as 230 (when strength recourse procs like a fool) and this is still fast enough to hold either hold or obtain aggro. Best of all I lost only 10 Ac by switching - not alot of negatives for this in my book.

this thing rocks. i have hit for a max of 266 and normal in the 100's my str dex or maxed due to buffs from guildes great weapon paided 200p i cant beleive so cheap

As you get into the 40's, these become a great option but the price of these is ridiculous. It should be something that is saved for and not obtained after 15 minutes with the hill giants in Rathe. It also looks great as well.

Still, it's fun to see how the economy has changed since the arrival of the POP expansion.

this is all supply side economics my friend. this weapon is a common drop off of many common mobs in PoJ. the plane it drops in does not require a raid or any special character flags. so, every day, many, many of these weapons are brought to market. people who are high enough in lvl to use one at full capacity likely have better weapons. so in order to sell them at all, people have had to offer better and better prices to make the demand meet the supply.

The damage bonus for 2hs weapons under delay 40 is half of that for those over 40 - sometimes a low delay can be a disadvantage.

Hollar if you hear me for I smell a nerf comming to these things very soon. Don't know what it'll be but I'm sure it'll be something like when they nerfed the drop rate of the centi ls. This thing is just as popular as that when Luclin came out. I bet you 100pp they will nerf it either next patch or the one after that. I hope they don't though cause this is a great weapon for a 60 warrior. It may not have a proc but just the damage output alone on it is enough to hold aggro. I am consently hitting in the hundreds wich is rare for a darkelf like me. Highest crit so far was 299. Truly a nice weapon.Will use it untill I get my epics.

Got one for 400p today on E'ci, really great since it was pc'ed at 3k a couple days ago.

I got this last night on Sol Ro for 200pp just to pick up a faster 2hs. I cannot believe how cheap it is for what it does. I am not sure about figuring stats out but I am a 51 Pal will 11% haste belt and pally haste spell I know it hits often.

I would be interrested in seeing weapons like these posted with the stats before you reach the recommended level, the stats must not be very good before 51 or it would not be so cheap, looking around in the bazaar its hard to find a weapon with a damage delay ratio let alone with any stats at all and even then you won't be paying any less.

For Paladin or SK this weapon is something that should be saved for since they don't get the ability to dual wield like Warriors and Rangers can. I really like seeing 2hand weapons with AC though it make the decision of 1hand and shield or 2hander much easier.

But I sold off my 1 handers after i bought this and ended up with lots of money left afterwards even though I didn't sell one of the two yet. The ratio makes up for the lack of the second weapon and the extra money I had to spend helped me buy some other nice stuff so if you have decent 1handers and think you can sell both or even 1 of them for more than you pay for the Weighty Polearm, you might want to take a look at perhaps sacraficing some damage for this as well as some spare money.

great wep, the stats really help. Can do about 72 average at 51, up to 130 self buffs.It's also real fast(bout 27 delay fbss) and all in all its a pretty nice wep.

I just bought one of these for my paladin last night. Saw it in the bazaar for the first time for 3K and snaffled it up. Mine has a damage bonus of 11 as well as all the other stats tho.

This thing..........is awesome. You look at some of the other popular 2hs weapons, but this one is really unique. I had decided I was going to save for a black acrylia halbard til I saw this for 5k, and I talked seller down to 4k. With my 16% haste PoA belt, and paly self haste buff, I destroy mobs......
