Get two rubies from some merchant and head to SK and you're guaranteed the crafted guantlets.
Aviak Avocets usually dropped the charms. Being no-drop people just left the charms on the corpses. Pick 'em up and hand the components to the cents, unbelievably easy, even a lvl 5 char can do it (provided that you have 170pp for rubies and survive those kitties in SK) :)

I was wondering what the average price for crafted legs were on Povar. I noticed the prices change with the server.
I have a lvl 24 warrior with alot of crafted stuff, and I am wondering, what lvl should I stop wearing crafted? When does it get to bad for my lvl?

im a 37 warrior and still have a full set of crafted and wont git new gear tell 45 or so

Well, you should wear crafted until you have better stuff to wear. If you have better stuff to wear, then you should wear it instead of crafted.
It doesn't really matter what level you are, there's no magic level where something you wear suddenly becomes garbage. It's mostly a matter of what you have available to you, either through what monsters you can kill, what quests you can complete, how much you can afford to spend, or who you have that will help you get better stuff.
I generally wear items on my main character that I was able to acquire directly or with a group that's approximately my level. That's just the way I play him. On my low level twinks, I hand them stuff that I get with any of my characters, I do high level quests for them, and I have fun outfitting low level characters in high level items and quest gear. I'm not going to play all of my alternate characters up to high levels, and it's just a different way to have fun with them.
In the end, it's really up to you.

There are two dorfs in west commons that will custom fit the crafted armor to your size. My dark elf did this, and now they weight 3.7
Careful tho! Only races that can wear small armor will be able to wear the resized crafted armor - the dorfs in WC can only shrink the crafted.
