Great item until around 40-45. I switched to SCHWs at that point.

Was camping chef and bodyguards with guildies a few nights ago, had two gauntlets drop after about 7 hours of camping.

yes it still drops i was camping chief and bodygard droped it after about 20 Bod.s spawned he droped it so yes it is ultra rare but still exists good luck long camp but great item :)

Just got one about a week ago off a bodyguard that spawned right in the chiefs room so it definitely exists still. Also got a few items off fanatics I had not seen prior to that day so maybe its just all stupid verants loot tables getting screwed up and not dropping in a really decent manner. Ask verant tho and they will say all is well and within the vision tho laff.

i camped the chief and the surronding 3 rooms for 5 days straight. got every other drop a billion times over (yay idol!) but not ONE gloves of potence drop. so either they are removed from loot table or one drop per game millenia. take yer pic...

From what I hear the Bodyguards of Chief RukGus drops this as ULTRA ULTRA rare drops. I have killed about 50 and never seen one drop. Common is a whip that procs choke, uncommon is circlet of shadows, ultra rare is gloves.
Only seen them for sale once and the guy wanted CoF for it but I doubt he got it.
They spawn in any of the 15+ spawns around the chief area as a rare spawn so get a few friends and clear the whole area over and over and he normally pops every 3rd or 4th rotation.

BTW the whip that procs choke is called a Whip of Strangulation, very nice whip. 6dam 24del wt0.0, and choke I believe is a 20dd 60DoT str/agi debuff (and we all know if agi goes down so does Armour Class.) Starts proc'ing at lv 13 so it's much better for lower levels to use/twink with. I didn't sell mine until the SSoY started proc'ing for me.

Procs at lvl 10 actually, which has to be a mistake by verant as choke is a lvl 12 enchanter spell. Extremely nice weapon to use in pvp untill you get lvl 20 and dmg cap is history.

what mob drops this item? and where does he spawn? if roamer where does he roam near?

I see you have set them as common loot.....
These gauntlets are FAR from common, actually they are ultra rare, now you know why you dont have a price listing on them.
I have a pair.....
