Legacy of YkeshaI recently obtained one of these for my lvl 35 druid and, even though it indicates mana regen +2 at his level, there is NO increase in mana regen.
When I put it on my 55 BST - the item does great.
There must be some level or class restriction that prevents at least a lvl 35 druid from benefiting from the mana regeneration.

This is not required level of 51. My 34 cleric is wearing one and gets FT2 off of it.
I have this on my Cleric. I can tell you that NO....folks do NOT turn this in to spawn the construct as often as it is looted and used. FTIII rocks compared to most crap the Construct drops.

Required/recommended restrictions aside, FT kicks in at level 1. It's been tested and proved. In fact, all worn effects do.
It's a CT item, it's required 51. :o

One of these on the 7th hammer server right now for 200k... the slime boots sell for 100k - 125k + .....and they are selling for 30 and 50k on other servers ??

Haha. I find it funny how people will argue about how good or how valuable an item is, but if you actually had a chance at getting this item you would realise how stupid it is to argue about it as it is an interim item in a quest and you will never see it for sale period.
You collect a 'Black Ooze Filled Phylactery', a'Tear Encrusted Obsidian Quill', a 'Flesh Bound Tome', and a 'Black Powdered Incensence' from brown lizards around the zone.
Then kill the High Ritualist at the top level of the temple and loot a 'Crude Bone Alter' which is a four slot container.
PLace the items in the bone alter and combine it and you get a 'Phobonomicon of Thul Tae Ew'.
This is a book and contains the following text :
Like the mist that rolls through the jungles, the screams of the soft and terrified will fill the fields and hill of this land.
-=The voids shall open=-
Primordial memories of things that rest in the darkness of the ancient voids will force the screaming souls to look towards the Faceless for an end.
His will shall fill their minds like the mist that rolls through the jungle.
-=This is the instrument of gathering=-
Black ichor of the Faceless brings life to its pages.
Dark smoke pours from the alter, like fear from the weak.
A quill desecrated in terror will inscribe the summoning words.
The bones of the alter cast shadows of things to come in this ceremony of ancient rites.
When combined, the summoning shall ensue
When cast into the living void, the Phobonomicon shall pull from the coldest void of Fear, an ancient horror of an age forced from the memory by terror.
Thul Tae Ew, the reign of blood will begin.
If you now take this book and hand it to Aqaar in Feerot you get this 'Medalion of the Arcane Scientists'
Now run back to the top of the pyramid in CT with a small army with you and you will find a mob called 'a Living Void'. Get everyone buffed and ready and then hand the medalion to the living void and get ready for a hell of a fight.
As soon as the medalion is handed in you will get the emote :
A loud explosion sends ripples of energy through the air! Matter seems to lose its substance, but quickly solidifies. A shriek fills your ears followed by the sound of pounding drums!
This is followed by a HUGE horror construct spawning right on top of you.
So the medalion will simply never ever be sold because anyone who has the rescources to get the medalion will hand it in and spawn the construct.
The real reward for this quest drops from this construct when he is killed and the reward is....
Ah well I cant tell you everything can I. Ive just given you a walkthrough..

For giggles, I've seen this for sale 3 times in the past week on the Seventh Hammer.

One of the items from killing the Construct is a Earring of Silent Screams, +10 ac, +65 mana, +65 hp, +10 vs All Resists.

The Boots of Flowing Slime from CT aren't NO DROP either, and they have FT3 + some nice stats. They go for 30-50kpp on our server. Think, 30k will be ok for this necklace.
Saw this for sale last night on Ayonae Ro for 150k. I don't know if he sold them, a bit out of my price range anyway. The boots run 80-100k to give you an idea of prices here.

Yeah I would have to agree with the price on this item. I believe 30k would be appropriate. BoFS go for around 30k on my server as well.

As of today FT3 boots on the CT server are going for over 80K and the Medallion is for sale for a whooping 200K.

yeah the FT2 belt from bastion is 65k on CT too. people on our server are Fed up when it comes to FT
That's fine just like the ornate leather patterns. peeps were asking insane prices for em on cazic now the prices have been dropping every single day. You can get the helmet pattern for less than 5 k now. I figure after the players try selling the ft items for a few weeks and don't get a buyer they will start under cutting each other and the prices will drop fast.
Not an No Drop item?... I'm not going to believe it till I see the pic. And at this time, no pic have been posted.
