This is a result of a spell "Imbued Plains pebble" that a Cleric or Druid at least 29 level of "Karana" deity can cast. The palins pebble is consumed upon casting. Unless you have regeant convservation. Once cast I think you have to have the diety karana to carry and get the benifits.

Anyone know how to make these? And what are the restrictions on the recipe?

I set up a level 1 dwarf alt with some stacks of Grapes and Water Flasks and watched how often he consumed them. It was about 19 minutes per Grapes, 36 minutes per Water Flask. Then I gave him an Imbued Plains Pebble and continued to watch. The intervals stayed the same. If they had an effect, it was at most a 5-10% savings.

I tried it again with a human cleric using summoned bread/water. He consumed them every 36 minutes without the IPP. I summoned his mount and the rate exactly tripled, to one per 12 minutes. I gave him the IPP and he still ate/drank every 12 minutes.

My halfling druid is going to continue to carry hers anyway, on the off-chance that being a Karana-worshipper helps!

I have a little blue stone that i carry. When i was a very young Paladin I came across a one of these. I asked about it to the very experianced people i came across and was told by one that carrying the pebble in my pack with my food and drink would allow me to consume less of these things.
My Imbued Plains Pebble is like my waterstone, it just belongs there. I don't leave home without it. I simply have faith that this little stone was a blessing from Tunare and it does as i was told it does.

heard that carrying one of these lowers the rate food and drink are consumed, anyone able to confirm or deny this?
