Ok here is a tip to all you paladins out there. Do not do this quest. There is a little thing called a centi warspear that on average costs about 70pp. I picked up mine for 45pp. Goto qeynos and collect all the stackable thing from gopher snakes and large rats and such and sell them to a vendor that will give you 2gold for them each and you will have enough platinum for this weapon in no time. The stats are 20 damage 30 delay 5ac 5sta 5str which is so much better than this crap. The armor is nice though, do those quests.
Yes, Centi Warspear is nice... and cheap, just bought one for 20pp for my new Gnome Shadowknight ;)
However, it uses Piercing skill... what will you use to work on 2hs? This is nice, easy to attain (read: quest) around level 10, Magic and has a couple stats on it. Against undead this is a 13/40 2hs.
Viable option for those who don't like to troll around in the Bazaar all day.

How is a 9/50 weapon better then an 11/40? This is almost as good as a fine steel(12/43), but is magical and has minor stats
Actually... this IS better than a FS two-hander. In my experiences, 1 dmg is equal to 3 delay in damage per second, so their DPS is approx. the same, and dps is all that pretty much matters with two-handers (who would try to keep taunt with a two hander?). And than, ontop of that, this clamyore is magic and has stats, so therefore it is better.
Except this is magic. Which means you can kill Wisps with it and make enough money to get a better weapon in no time.
