I finished this entire quest with my 12 chanter in about 30 min, for all of them, hehe

Hey I have two of the same Lore item on each on of my wrist too.
this item was very easy to obtain. It lore , no drop but my newb wizz does wear one on each wrist.
I'm glad VI finally gave HIE casters a newb armor quest, but we still seem to have been shafted. Look at the items obtained in the Arcane Scientist armor quest from freeport, or better yet (of course) look at the caster quest armor from Qeynos ( VI's love child city).

Item itself (as well as all wristband/bracers in newbie armor quests) are lot lore, you can wear two, however the patterns (molds, and/or metals depending on what you're making)are, so you have to make one finished product before you can start the second set.
