Qeynos and Freeport are getting all the frigging quests
# Jul 03 2002 at 11:22 PM Rating: Default
I am seeing a LOT of updated newbie quests for Qeynos and Freeport, but hardly any new ones for Faydwer. Am I missing them or what? Boo, too bad. All we needed was more human newbies.

I sure hope they get these newbie armor quests on the regular servers soon!
I FINALLY completed the quests for my DE Enchanter and the pieces are very nice. I thought I'd have an incomplete set as one of the components for the Cap is ULTRA-rare, but just as I was ready to give up, I got the component and BAM made my cap :) Right now I am trying to get enough money together to get my lvl 12 spells so I can maybe take the orc camps out solo and get the other 2 sets of prayer beads I need for the newbie weapon :)
HOWEVER, I am VERY much anxious for the Wood Elf Rogues to get armor quests as I have a lvl 8. I am also looking forward to High Elf Cleric and Wiz quests because I have 2 chars below lvl 7 for that.
My "pain" has been great as I started the Rogue armor quests with my Wood Elf in Freeport...before I knew that the piece was race specific...*sigh* I spent a good amount of time getting components and when I made the first piece, I had to destroy it.
Oh well...keeping my eye out!
Have fun all!
:)

Woodelves still have nothing.Their the only druid race that doesnt have a newbie quests yet.You would think with Crushbone and orc hill right there they would be able to make plenty of quests for the newbie equiment for woodelves and highelves.

doesnt any one read?!?
every schedualed major patch has released improvments and new batches of quests.
as of now on productions serves i know of humans, gnomes, dark elfs, and halflings have quest armour, most of em had bugs and recipes that didnt combine, dunno if thats still the case. and from reading the above posts test server seems to have gfay prolly high elf and wood elf as part of the next races to get noob quests.

also races that are overly played arnt gonna get awsome gear, but races/classes that dont get played i think will get some above par pieces, or atleast thats what i would hope.
Ive done a few full sets on various servers just to say that yes i did em,. humans seemed the easiest to aquire cuz the pieces were not no drop, halfling on the other hand, wow those are alotta played hours for an untwink,,
