there was a GM event in Butcherblock Mountains at 2:00 am EST on February 21st, 2002. Two GM's were running around as lvl 10 aqua goblins with necro pets, beating the heck outta n00bies. Anyone above a few lvls couldn't hit them, and they couldn't be casted on. After immy healing a couple of ranger twinks, and chasing the sob's around the zone(and boy oh boy did they run) for 20-30 minutes, they both went down...and dropped these, small bronze legs, and some rusty weapons....Needless to say, 30+ people /petitioned for 30 minutes of their lives back =P

match these with Dwarven Work Books and it looks like chainmail pajama bottoms with the feet -=P

I had one of these drop in CT, off a lizard crusader. (Not a good speller)
I wasnt able to start to group this thing til about lvl 32. Not only that, but the farmers LOVE Oowomp.

Oowomp is listed as Mid 30s. Yes to get them off of HIM you would need to be higher than the 25 that is listed for Level to obtain, but he is not the only source.
If you look it also drops of of Ogre Shamen in West Karana. These shaman are mid 20s and as such 25 is an apropriate level.
Note these are also heavily camped by farmers and gettin the chance to get them may be difficult but lev 25 would be very possible Espesialy grouped.
