On bertoxx someone in the Bazzar just linked a pair of these out and his pair of Crescent pants had 250 AC, +75 to all stats, +100 to all saves, 300 to both HP and mana, as well as +50% dodge skill mod!!! LOL

Yea, they had a repop about that. Damn, I wish I had one of those at the time, too bad only char that can get there is a pally /deep sadness. Ehh, shouldn't have changed it anywho.
Me(51 Disciple) and a buddy of mine (20 Monk), got a full suit of this stuff in a few hours.

Anyone know where exactly these Kly Invokers are?
I checked around but didnt see em. Heard they spawned in the dining room.

Last night I was pulling on the 1st floor when a couple of guys were killing off the kly on the 3rd floor. They sent a tell saying some pants were rotting on a corpse they killed. because I assumed they had already gotten a pair of pants. Anyway, invised and got down there quick. Got the pants and they rock! I appreciate cool people like that. They make the game really fun sometimes.

Last Night, I (lvl 30) Monk and my friend (lvl 58) monk were clearing the whole third floor alone, after 1 hour a Crescent Gi dropped :)

Got the legs off a Kly Invoker (not Evoker) on the second floor and the gloves off a Kly Acolyte. This was over the course of two and a half hours. Our group consisted of a 33rd Enchanter (vital), 33rd Druid, 30th Rogue, 30th Cleric, 33rd Monk.
We were able to clear the entire 2nd floor minus the Lumpy Goo area since it was camped, and we left all the non-agro spawn in place. There were a couple of touch and go moments, but no one died. I wouldn't try this with a smaller number of low thirties characters.
The loot was good even without the gloves - up to 3 or 4pp per body and everyone got experience from everything down there. The gloves were just icing on the cake. Don't go there hunting them, but accept them as a nice suprise and you and your group wont be disappointed.

How long does it take to get a full set? Just wondering, could a lvl 30 monk and a 51 druid take any of these alone? Could the monk alone? Buffed?
A 30 monk with normal equipment could pull the zone to WW - most of the time. If you get unlucky and have necros pop, you may as well leave. While their pet is beating on you, the necros are casting poison DDs for 160ish. The mages are even worse as their pet roots.
The 51 druid could take most anything in the zone. Still have to be careful for adds and resists.

Drops are not random. Each Kly drops different crescent. These are indeed droped by Invokers. (I am looking for these to complete my set) I have a list, but not with me:(

These really suck for the level you have to be to get them. Why aren't there any good middle-of-the-road items for monks.

I got Crescent gear at 29 after grouping in Dalnir and looking for these pants to complete the set. I beg to differ that they are "middle of the road" items unless you expect to get into the Planes at level 30. The low weight and bonuses of Crescent armor, especially when you get all pieces, is massive. Most of my stats are over 110 with one in the 125 range at Level 31. In other words, I basically do massive damage and quickly.
These Crescent items are found off the Kly in Dalnir. It's not the best place to go alone and you will need a Wiz to invis you to get out safely. FD will work, but there are a lot of casters that's sometimes hard to FD on before they do collective damage.
Only someone who Ebays or has items handed to them on a silver platter would dismiss the greatness of Crescent armor for monks. Big mistake.

While alot of pieces of crescent are crap (thinks of headpiece) there are some nice pieces to round out what a monk would be wearing. Though I would advise having a guild raid or high level to go collecting pieces. It can get rather slow with an xp group trying to get pieces. Just my experience with crescent.

I got them off of the 2nd floor. All the stuff if random. My friend got the gloves off of the 2nd floor too.
