Posted: Jun 10 2002 at 7:43 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) PoA has needed a revamp since velius came out. velius started the biggest craze for loot dropping than the kunark expansion. considering the abilities of some of the players in these stronger than all guilds PoA has no risk, so why should there be a reward? i wouldnt doubt it if these "super guilds" could do it with one group.
This is used in the quest. They get the Belt of Quickness when they turn it in at the end of the quest, which is a Balls-out item.
Luckly it's not No-Drop so it can be sold to lower lvl players if no rogues are around that need it.
