I've spent a lot of time quinting trash in this zone and got 3 of these early on. But haven't seen one in a long, long time. I think a ninja patch must have severely reduced the zone drop rate.

Also can confirm drops off a trash mob. Lidia the Castaway's PH, a vengeful wanderer. Does not confirm that it is a zone wide rare, but sure seems like it. I don't recall PH mobs ever having a unique loot table, especially one related to it's rare mob.

This dropped off of a trash mob for me today. I was actually hunting Mulchmother to try and get one of these augs and her ph dropped it. It was a nice surprise.

OK got this tonight from Lidia the Castaway had a friend said he killed 5 times and didn't drop it until we both killed it.
