The mist they are referring to is the Greenmist I would think... as so far the only thing that matches that name in the game is The Greenmist weapon for SKs... I'm sure there is more to it, but there are no quests for it known at this date

I'd say it's even worse than that. Judging by where it comes from. The -20 is straight up lost hps. The - mana is even worse than you think since most people who ever have a chance at seeing this are going to be well equiped high lvl characters who will at the very least be over 200 wis/int if not already maxed at 255. Over 200 wis/int only give half the many they would otherwise. Meaning the 5 wis or int would only mean 30 mana for a net gain of 10 mana at the cost of pushing even closer to the wis cap. Not to mention that a ring of winter off the dain has 5 wis int on it and 55hps 20 mana and it probably easier to get.
aye, true. Most of all since they will have c3 at hand, with 25 int / wis, what should push everyone at this level to 255 if they dont have it by items alone until then. the resists are nice, but I would rather use a diamond velium ring before this.
