Nice little drop for a newbie, especially on Firona Vie. Good for lv 5 still harvesting silks as an extra.

Got this item several times off a Burynaibane Spiderling in Field of Bone. It was in the spiderling "mini-dungeon". If you leave Cabilis and turn North it is in the grassy part; entrance is on the west side of an oddly shaped hill. BB spiderling can spawn in any spot in there it seems, and always dropped the charm.
Also, note that some of the spawns in the easternmost room are bugged and sometimes spawn up on the surface.

The "spiderling min-dungeon" reference is a great way of putting it.
A little yellow spiderling among the subdued tones of most of FoB's NPCs is pretty easy to spot too.
