Sylidan needs to read *all* of this post, because he/she would have clearly seen from the first poster that this shield did have have the stats listed by Triton. Also, seems to have forgotten that items do get updated on occasion (albeit not often) before saying Triton is a joke.

Many patches back VI made all FT items stack. You can have multiple FT1 items and they all stack. The FT limit is 15 and it is not effected at all by Breeze/C1/C2/KEI.
One thing you may want to consider is they are saying 15 points right? What if it is EVERYTHING up to 15 points? So you have Mental Clarity and 12 points of FT... guess what no more breeze for you you just hit the max. This really needs to be tested by a Chanter with FT items and KEI but that is my sneaking suspicion.

verant has stated FT items stack upto a max of 15 . so unless they are going to be making FT XV items its pretty safe to figure out they mean FT items stack with other FT items. at the time they said FT items stack with one another it was b4 there was better than FT 3 items available

Yes, FT's do stack, to a max of 15 if I remember correctly. But for many guilds able to do this fight, 15 is not that hard to reach, and I'd rather have Vulak shield or even Orb of the Infinate Void over this.
Who needs bonus mana? This, the FT 3 boots from CT, any FT 1 item (quite a few now)...that's Clarity that stacks with clarity! Throw in KEI for good measure...and load up on resist gear. So, who wants to say what drops this?

#REDACTED,

Uhhhhh....Mind you, Clarity at its best, is only +6 mana per tick....or, Flowing Thought 6. So, this shield alone is Clarity in itself. Pretty much, the goal is to get to Flowing Thought 15 in total, which is even better then KEI cast alone on you.
Ignoring your own mana buffs you can cast on yourself, other then possibly KEI, you have the potential for +32 mana per tick, instead of just +14 mana per tick from KEI. The difference is monstrous when you really think about it. BTW, I included Mental Clarity 3 into that potential total.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Spell cast on you: A cool breeze slips through your mind. Spell cast on someone: An orc centurion looks tranquil. Spell fades: The cool breeze fades.
I thought KEI was 15 mana/tick...which would make it the same as 15 points worth of FT items wouldn't it? I'd be lovin that i know that much...heh...oh well
