After scribing the compendium it took me a bit to find the recipes. It looks like cultural armor from Ornate (lvl 35) to Elegant (75) now can be made with a pelt, the artisan materials, racial needle (for tailoring) and pattern and the needle, artisan materials, and pattern can all be bought. So a lot less farming components. All recipes for Starglow from Ornate to Elegant now have a second easier recipe.
