pretty freaking rare. Just for fun was gonna do quest as a 32 Troll Shaman, and maybe more common on Skelle? but as far as Halfling Stump and roaming mobs, pretty rare. and frustrating. They all help each other, have buffs and thorns, unlimited mana heals. Nasty little fur feets. Id like to make them ALL into bread, every bit of them.

I know it's a year later, but these things drop all the time off the halfling and leatherfoot skellies over near the obelisk by the commonlands zone in.
Might take a couple of spawn cycles, but they'll drop.
Now, to get my DE potion and hopefully get the friggen poinard cause the Fine Antique series is broken--not a goblin two handed sword to be found in Norrath or beyond.
