Is there anything better than a 3hp 5mana upgrade?
2 years later and all I can say is... most pre-ldon quests or only worth doing if you are interested in questing.
Solution? add a layer to all quests in the next expansion (since old content wont be tweaked if it can be sold) and make it so an item like this has a further quest upgrade to make it worthy in the current game.
Ditto for newb armor quests: add a second phase making them worth wearing past level 15 and again several times. Put the quest npc in the expansion but make the required items (i.e. this druid cap and a ceremonial wedding sword) an older zone world tour to upgrade a whole set.
