have been trying to farm these for the past few months. currently 1 buyer up on povar for 500k and 4 sellers at 1.8 million. just reporting facts, no idea who pays such prices ( if anyone).
I looked them up and it seems they first entered the game around 12/1/12. I have been in chapterhouse often enough since then, but did not actually try to farm an oath till this year. So, discounting all kills previous when I did not see any drop at all (which is a considerable amount since I completed all the tasks several times, did hunter on 4 toons and collectibles as well plus helped others), just counting the kills in 2015, it seems I killed 194 mobs before my 1st and 192 mobs to get a 2nd. so far I am up to 283 kills without another. I can kill about 45 - 50 mobs an hour. It sure seemed like it took longer, but since my sessions were always 1 hour or less, just seemed that way.
Edit: up to 753 kills now without another. /sigh . now that solb revamp is gone I thought I would work here. wearing me out.

edit: another 123 mobs on 7/31, 32 on 8/11, 24 on 8/20, 91 on 8/23 and 152 on 8/24. 1,175 without an oath dropping

Oath of Marr
been a while since I thought about this. turned out it took 1894 kills to get that 3rd oath of marr on the last day of August. since then I stayed away until recently. Running out of things to do in the new expansion, I decided to head back for more torture. 591 kills later I had an oath. And I will go back for more. That's 4, I need 4 more.
Edit : 1075 mobs more and I get another one. I traded for a purity of chastity some other items I had, so only 2 to go!

1872 mobs. that's how long it took to get another. I decided to go into the wheel area to be different. I killed about 1600 mobs there. then came back up top and had it drop. 6 days in the wheel area got me nothing, 1 day up top again and I got it. bad luck? I don't know, I am just posting my experience for this week.
Edit 321 more mobs in the upper section and another Oath dropped. ***** the basement.

This augment drops off any random trash or named in Chapterhouse. It is still the highest purity available in the game as of TDS current content. I have farmed several, one drop off Sir Raint, one off a Knight, another off a Skelly....one I sold for 225k, Another for 500k, the last one for 1Million....the drop is ultra rare.

I got mine off a Mournful Ghost at the bottom of the staircase on the 3rd floor. We were only there a couple hours camping a Named for an Aug for my Warrior friend. I have it in my Chest piece and believe me, it is NOT for sale.

Very rare zone wide drop. I got mine off a rotting paladin of Marr also. Sold for 100k seconds after i put on trader. Was shocked really, but hey... cant complain.

Got mine from a defiled paladin in the center room of the jail area while camping A Mournful Spirit, so it seems likely it's a zonewide drop, albeit very rare.
Can confirm other mobs in CH drop this besides Sir Raint. The rarity is ridiculously high however causing the lack of information on drop tables. Can personally vouch for it dropping off a trash skeleton on the 2nd floor near jail area however this was the only one I saw in the course of completing named hunter ach+hero of CH.

been camping Sir Rants room for 3 Days now and havnt seen one yet, anyone found out anything if they zonewide or just off the two mentioned?

We had this drop off of a rotting paladin of Marr today.
Found one of these on the corpse of Sir Raint, in Chapterhouse. Item was in addition to his normal loot, not in place of it.
