When you come out of Cazic Thule, make a right, following the wall across the water, you will come across 3 npc's, a halfling, an erudite and a human. The halfling and erudite doesnt give you much info when hailed, but the human talks about the Tae Ew, and how theyve come across powerful necromantic knowledge. She asks you to bring back any artifacts you come across, and she will reward you. MAybe this is one such artifact?

can i get a loc on thoses NPC's I have the totem and looked for the guys. I found three to the left after comming out of CT but they said nothing about the Tae Ew.
