I am not sure if there is a merchant that has an unlimited supply of bone chips but, u can do what I do and buy a small bag and fill every slot with a full stack of bone chips and depending on how u play that small bag should last u a long time.

No unlimited as far as I know. The best place I've found to farm chips is gulf of gunthak. You might try the vendors there, they are more likely than most to have chips.

The reason that merchants don't sell unlimited quantities of Bone Chips (unlike Batwings, etc) is that there are quests where you have to hand these in. Two immediately spring to mind - the Kaladim one, for xp and junk loot, and the Trooper quest, for Iksar faction. If you could BUY the Bone Chips, these (and any others involving Bone Chips) would be way too easy, heh.

There is actually a quest in Southern Felwithe that uses bat wings to raise faction with Keepers of the Art and gives you a low level spell, so it can't just be because bone chips are used in a quest.

I've found that it's easiest to farm Kurns. If there's no one around, you can kill with reckless abandon and fill your bag fairly quickly. If there are a lot of people around, just shout that you're near the entrance and buying them. Most people would rather unload them for 1/2 the market price while still in kurns than sell at the Bazaar.

EDIT: wow, four years to get 900 posts...

I want to add my suggestion of Kurn's. Usually one pass up the tower will get me enough bone chips to last a long while. The hardest part about it is looting quick enough to give your pet a new target to kill.
