Just wanna say regarding the hunts, there are people who claim before "everyone" makes it there (whatever that means; there are ALWAYS going to be people who don't make it in time) because sometimes you will get screwed if too many show up. The thing won't be alive for long enough, or models may start disappearing off their screen and they aren't able to target the NM anymore.
I'm one of those people who will engage once I feel a reasonable enough quantity of people to fight the thing is actually there, because I'm one of those people that has gotten burned too many times by disappearing models and fights that end in 20 seconds and getting zero credit even when I was among the first to show up.
I'm right there with you as far as pulling a hunt mob if there are a reasonable number of people there. You simply can't wait for everyone to show up that's wanting to, otherwise you'll be there forever. However, I do have a problem with those that'll pull it the moment that all of their party is there, regardless of whether or not anyone else being there. I don't have an issue with that when it comes to B's, because hey, they're B ranks, but it's when it's an A, there ends up being a problem. I've come up to A's before where, outside of me, the only people at it was a single party, and the thing's already down 30% at least because:
1) They found it and only informed the other people in their party.
2) Engaged as soon as they all got there.
3) Didn't bother to let anyone else know once they started engaging because they don't care about anyone not in their party.
I know they don't "have" to wait, obviously, but it's just a lack of common courtesy, especially when other groups would patiently wait for members of that particular party to get there. Those people that often complain the most about others pulling early/demanding resets are the ones themselves that pull early the most from my experience.
