A night of accomplishments! Got Creed Armet +2, Savant's Bonnet +2, and Creed Cuirass +2.

I also got some zone boss/caturae work done (I also found out that apparently I have a Raja kill somehow). So that leaves the Grauberg boss and the Misareaux, Vunkerl, and Altepa caturae.

Are you sure? You told me last night the only caturae you had left was Yaanei.

Yay! Raja can be a pain, glad that's done. If we're both free sometime soon I can help with the rest. Sippoy (Misareaux) is super easy, Kutharei (Misareaux) isn't too much tougher. Rani is another story... I'll see if I can build a couple pop sets for him to make it worth using a brew. He can be killed without one but it's still a hairy fight. Extra bonus if we can find a couple people for blue !! for Epona's Ring(s). We should also do the Grauberg boss when we can. I could definitely use some +2 items from him, the NM that drops his pop is a stone's throw away, and it would be great to have another mage there for when he switches damage absorb phases.

I have events tonight, but I think I'll be around afterwards if you're still up. Otherwise I should be free all tomorrow.

You misunderstood me. I said that I only had Yaanei finished. I did Iratham last night when some friends helped with Glavoid. When I checked my caturae titles, I saw the Raja title.

If I'm around when you guys do Amphitrite again, let me know. I'd like to get that atma. Same with Rani & Raja; I want that Abyssite of Discernment. Mounted Champion (Kutharei) wouldn't be a bad one for Tijet to get, either. I'm using that, Gnarled Horn, and Minikin until I get Razed Ruins & Apocalypse.

OK, I had that backwards then.

Lyl - LS-mate just came back yesterday, looking for the last limit break. I've got the debuff item if needed as well. I'll push him your way for assistance, if you don't mind.

I know, I'm probably the only one here who gives a **** about college hockey... but hey, this is where most of the greatest NHL legends come from!

Speaking of NHL, my landlord's son is a retired Dallas Stars player.

So I'm sitting in Port Jeuno when I see a shout for Amarok, with Creed body seals being up for grabs. So I tell the person I'm interested.

Then I see another shout for Orthrus, where stones of ardor are free lot. I'm thinking to myself, stones would be nice, but I should probably get the seals first.

Person A teams up with Person B, invites me along, and I end the night with a shiny new Creed cuirass +2. Smiley: grin

Ironically, I got my 9 ardor stones before I got the 10 body seals. The last Amarok fight where my final Creed seal dropped, it was the only thing that dropped.

The irony is that the piece I want most is the piece I'm getting last. Creed hands +2 are supposed to be a badass DD piece. I have the items to upgrade them to +2, but still need 5 more seals to get the +1. The few seals I did get are courtesy of a couple JP players who were farming Upas-Kamuy. However, it was just a NIN & a WHM, so we didn't have a BLM for yellow procs.

After that, I'll have to see what I can do about +2'ing the rest of the set.

I still suck at it.

ftfy

Most of the greatest NHL legends come from the CHL (Canadian Hockey Leauge) which is comprised of the OHL (Ontario Hockey) the WHL (Western Hockey) and the QMJHL (Quebec Major Junior Hockey). While College in the Northern US (Minnesota Michigan, Illinois, New England States) has made great in roads since the 1980's (watch Miracle on Ice), Canada still dominates the NHL player pool (as nationality of player). The top names you think of in hockey Gretzky, Lemieux, Yzerman, Crosby, Thornton, Stamkos, Brodeur, Roy, all products of the CHL.

Not to discredit college but most of the greatest players have come from the CHL, or Euro Leauges.

although I love the frozen 4, and college hockey in general congrats to your team Chew!.

Fine. Some! Smiley: lol Technically though, almost all of UND's players are drafted into the CHL and European leagues... well, the few who aren't drafted into NHL before their Junior year. It makes it tough for us when most of our players leave after their Sophomore year. Smiley: frown

And I was a bit excited/intoxicated at the time of that post. I actually meant players come from the NCAA, not NCHA (which is a league within the NCAA). NCAA regionals start this weekend, and after that it's the Frozen Four! Smiley: grin

Edit: oh neat, I found a list of all UND players drafted into the NHL.
