Tested my visage of the brute on my bard on 20 light blues at once and it seemed that I was not getting stunned... but I think light blues just have a very low stun chance.
I later tested this illusion against dark blues for 30 mins, and was getting stunned from the front as normal.
Conclusion: this illusion does not grant frontal stun immunity.

Its worth noting that using a big race illusion gives you the racial slam ability, which allows you to bash without shield equipped. Even if you don't have the bash skill you still hit for 1 dmg and stun, which makes this great for interupting gates and cheals. You will find the button for slam in the abilities page and combat page where you can assign things like bind wound, etc.
