Spark is upgrade do Draught of Ro. Same cast time, same resist check, more damage. Banes are upgrades to lures.

I am a wizard that just hit 65, looking at all the upcoming spells, from what I can see 66+ spells that say spark of are similiar to the Draught line pre 65? and the ones that say bane are similiar to the ones that say lure of pre 65? am I seeing that right?
