Is this in the Hemorrhage AA skill line?

Hemorrhage is nice; fast recast/chain casting.
Soulrend is most beneficial due to lack of needing to chain cast, leech AA(s) and clicky(s), and Swift leech, as alternatives, if needed. If I ever need to chain cast a leech DD, I might as well be feigning or dead (pvp).
