This looks good on paper - wow, a 50% increase to dodge! However, it just increases some internal dodge rating by 50%, and ultimately makes only a little difference in your chance to dodge. Instead, use the level 92 skill Void Step, which increases dodge chance by over 500%, effectively making you invulnerable for 18 seconds.
