I noticed the Clerics had a staff that could click effect Greater Heal... Would be nice if Pally's had a clicky item with the Healing spell.
I use the Deepwater helm quite often soloing and it does 100hps, same as Healing, but I would rather have plain Healing even if the cast time stayed at 10 secs, that way I could use some better buff than Daring. It just seems like an item like what im talking about would fit the pally plan perfect.

Am I the only one who thinks it is insane that none of the pok cleric vendors to sell this spell?

Not exactly, some cleric only usable spells have been amoung paladin vendors for example since early EQ, I would hardly call it a big effort to walk an extra few metres/feet either. Before PoP barbarian beastlords/shaman had to travel a fair distance to the ruin in Everfrost for their DoTs.
