Loot a "Median Writ of the Combine" (can drop from nameds AND general mob population in Empires of Kunark), and right-click it to open up a spell reward window.

No class should need any more than three Writ's per level to obtain all their spells.

Rogue - Tome: Poisonous Alliance Rk. II
