Terman Underbelly speaks in a rumbling tone. Terman Underbelly says, 'Greetings. I only wish to speak to a shaman. Are you a shaman?' You say, 'I am a shaman.' Terman Underbelly says 'I sense the strength of your mystical powers within you and they vibrate with power. You have learned much from your travels and I shall help you, by providing you with protection from harm and the elements, in the form of armor.' You say, 'What armor?' Terman Underbelly says 'For you I shall make a coif, tunic, sleeves, a bracer, gauntlets, leggings, and boots. Each piece is a quest unto itself. To seek the components, you must search the lands for them and test the power of the spirit within.' You say, 'How do you make a tunic?' Terman Underbelly says 'If you find a corroded chain tunic and three pieces of black marble bring them to me and I shall attempt to create an enchanted tunic that will serve you well.' This quest can no longer be multi-quested. The cleric now has a no drop shaman tunic :/

Actually believe there has been a Nerf to the MQ's . I tried to do 4 diff cleric pieces with my necro and the NPC gave it back each time with an emote saying that they were not interested in anything from a necromancer, is a work around for this for some but not sure all classes as Shrouding worked but i dont think there's a Shroud for every class=(

sounds like someone handed the marbles in previous to the cleric handing in their piece.
And since whomever hands in the last piece gets the reward...
Either the sham handed in the marbles, then cleric handed in the last piece, or someone previous handed in the marbles and left, resulting in a case of bad luck on your part.

These quests look as if they cannot be MQed anymore. the Cleric NPC wont take the Legs from my Necro, cause im not a cleric she says. So they fixed it, and you are incorrect.

where the heck can you find the corroded chain tunic
All the corroded chain pieces (as well as armor pieces of other classes) can be found in Kael. In the arena area, temple area, and thrown room. I found some leather pants on the way to Tormax's room, but have been told the mobs in Tormax's building don't drop armor pieces, so maybe just the few guards along the way drop them.

Make sure your faction is at LEAST kindly before turning in! Someone told me it worked at amiably even if the NPC don't give the entire quest, and I lost 3 black marbles (1kish, not too big a deal) and a Corroded Chain Tunic!
I petitioned it and got the items back (thank you GMs, I won't let it happen again!).
A side note, I don't know if Crushed Black Marbles will work, but regular "Black Marbles" do. They sold around 325-1000 on Torvonnilous. Got mine from 325 to 350. Got my tunic now! /dance /dance /dance

The corroded chain tunic is no drop as is all items looted in Kael for Thurg armor. It can be MQ though.

I have one question. Is the corroded chain tunic No Drop? Any information would be greatly appriciated.

The tunic is called Corroded Chain Tunic, and it drops off the giants in the arena in KD. You need 3 black marbles. NOT chipped, NOT crushed, just plain 3 black marbles. They are RARE gem drops and cost approx 10k EACH on my server.
The tunic is also the same tunic used by rogues, and rangers. I know because I won a tunic last night on a KD raid. Now I just need the marbles.

black marbles drop off lvl 55+ mobs in certain zones. I've heard reports of them dropping in dragon necropolis off high lvl rats, temple of veeshan, etc.
corroded chain tunic... probably the 2nd rarest quest armor drop in arena, next to plate bp. Wouldn't count on getting your chain tunic this way unless you hunt in arena every day for a month.

I would like to know if corroded chain armor and corroded armor is the same... Because in rogue armor, corroded chain armor is needed, and above on all of the shaman armor listings, they are all corroded EXCEPT the bp!! Is this a mistake? or do i really need corroded chain for the shaman bp It would be ashame for a shaman to pick up a rogue needed piece when it was just a mistake in the writting... PLease respond

The armor drops in the arena area of Kael Drakkel, you can get up to there invis, but after that all the giants see invis so you will need a group. all the armor is just random drops off any giant from the arena to the castle, i would suggest haveing no less than 3 groups,, each with a cleric, and a few enchanters is deffenetly a must.
As for the gems, they are random drops from any lvl 50+ zone in Velious. with most of them dropping in the harder zones, such as western wastes, dragon necro, and so on.

I've been to Dragon Necropolis, Velk's Labratory, Siren Grotto, Western Wastes, Colbalt Scar. So far most of the Gems have been droping for the quests in those areas.
To get the Corroded you have to kill Kael Drakel giants to obtain the chain. There kinda tough I wouldn't suggest soloing =)

Where are the black marble found and the corroded chain thingy? have no clue....

I have been hunting in cs now for 3 days and have had a few chipped gems for various armor pieces and a jaundice gem and I was giving 3 black marbles by a friend but havent seen any drop, Also I have looted many wvyrin hides for the arctic wvyrin armor but need a master tailor. now just to get a raid on kael....

I have been playin in the Crystal caverns for about a week now and have seen many chipped gems drop. I am not sure what they are for but i am in possession of a chipped black saphire, and chipped star ruby. If these are used in any quest or anyone wants ta buy em i'm on mith marr server.

Most of the quest gems are found in CS, Velks, or Sirens Grotto....but i think that black marbles can drop in a few other zones as well. When i was in my low 30's fighting in overthere, a black marble droped of a sarnak.
Your best bet (imho) would be velks or sirens grotto!! i seen gems o' plenty drop there.

Crushed gems are dropping in Icewell keep, which is below the bridge In Thurgadin. So far, i've seen fire emeralds, lava rubies, opal, onyx sapphire, crysolite, and a few others, all were crushed. Once you jump off the bridge, you must go thru icewell to get out, or get summoned/ported out. Dungeon has mostly lvl 50-55 mobs, have read there is higher, but 2 groups can easily go thru most of it as we have. Also, a Jagged Ice shard has dropped for us both nights, which is 12/29 effect ice shards (unknown proc damage, as it was resisted in here) but is war, rng, rog, shm usable and has a very nice graphic

Has anyone seen this drop or is it just meaning "Standard Chain Armor" also many of these armor quest are asking for "Crushed" gems... again.. are these dropped or is it crated by SHM/ROG
