The reward is based on your character level. As Jguran posted and only got 2 AA.
For level 66, I saw 2 AA from each option.
For level 71, I saw 3 AA from each collection.
For level 77, I saw 4 AA from each collection.
For level 84 & 85, I saw 6 AA from each collection.
For level 100, I saw 10 AA from each option
For level 105, I saw 11 AA from each option.
Under 51 shows no AA option.
For a few other questions about both collections:
Because it's a limited-time event, The Erollisi Day Collections have more active spawns than usual (15 up at a time, max)
For the same reason, they respawn a little faster than usual (between 30-60 seconds)
The collection items a BRIGHT GLOWING ORBS. They can be on the ground, on rooftops, on shelves, behind beds, barrels, crafting stations, etc..
The collection items are tradable, so making a lvl 1 DE or Barb, to not have to bother with invis works just fine. Just bring the ability to carry 8 items.

Passionate letters written by denizens of Neriak's Foreign Quarterr during the Erollisi Day holiday. These items can only be found during the Erollisi Day event. Hate Letter: Creepy Guard Hate Letter: Shut Up And Drink Hate Letter: The Highest Form of Flattery Hate Letter: Roar From the Balcony Hate Letter: Ogre Dominance Hate Letter: Sticky Fingers Hate Letter: Customer Complaint Hate Letter: Angry Boss Rewards: Experience (Regular experience OR AA's. Amount based on Level.) -As of Feb 10th they spawn everywhere in Foreign Quarter. IN rooms, on roofs, under guards feet, behind bars, you have to run the whole zone. I wonder why the reward rises with level? No extra skill or risk is involved, just perseverance on the part of all and I think it merits the same reward. Just sayin', as they say!

I play on the Cazic-Thule server. I have found 3+ of everything except for Angry Boss. EDIT: Okay finally found one. It was easily the rarest for me to find.

To me the rarest appears to be Hate Letter: Customer Complaint. I found several of all the rest before I stumbled on this one, just 15 minutes before the servers went down for the patch to terminate the Erollisi Day holiday. My lucky day!

as of 2016 the ground spawns are at the bar in front of the soul binder
and at the entrance where you first come in and to the left

Simple, to encourage community. Have a evil guildy help a good guildy, exchange collects or just make a new char. Trade, sell or find a way. If that is hard, you are going to have more problems down the line.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you thought you heard was not what I meant.
Ohhh nnoooo what are we going to do? We should protest and carry signs infront of Sony headquarters! lol
