Larkon Theardor says 'We need someone to venture to the dwarven kingdom of Kaladim and speak with Myre of Miner's Guild 628. She has a delivery of special pestles made from bozinite. If you feel up to it, go to her and tell her you are from the Eldritch Collective and desire the bozinite pestles. Return them to me.'

Myre is at location 565.09, 218.12 in North Kaladim.

You say, 'Hail, Myre'

Myre says 'I am not here to chitchat dear. If you need some gear, I can help. If you want to talk, go find a tavern.'

You say, 'I am from the Eldritch Collective and desire the bozinite pestles.'

Myre says 'So you came to get the bozinite pestles, eh? Well, dearie, we have no bozinite pestles. We don't have enough bozinite to spare. One of those wondrous clockwork creatures from Ak'Anon has gone and found a home amongst us dwarves. He is sucking up what little bozinite we have mined. You go and find that little bugger and bring me some of the bozinite he slurped up and I will make you one bozinite pestle. Good luck. He is one quick hunk of metal.'

where is larkon theardor in akanon?

The rat that spawns in Kaladim gives you both the Pestle and broken parts. Unrelated for both quests, and, frankly, I didn't get much for my Knight Card (a bronze sword). So, unless you're hard up for something to do and have a fast method of travel, forget the quest. Not worth it.
