Kobold Leadership

This solo task is available at from Guard Maddoc at level 6+. He can be found at location -536, -574, -2 in the Mines of Gloomingdeep (standing beside Guard Hobert in-between the two rat caves).
This is also an optional component in the grand task "The Revolt of Gloomingdeep". You say, 'Hail, Guard Maddoc' Guard Maddoc says 'Greetings, _____. We're glad you found your way to our camp. We can use all the help we can get!' A task selection window pops up. Pick "Kobold Leadership." You have been assigned the task 'Kobold Leadership'. The kobolds are too well organized. We need brave warriors to sneak behind enemy lines and take out the Gloomingdeep leaders. Only then can we begin to fight our way out of there. Kill 4 Gloomingdeep captains 0/4 (Mines of Gloomingdeep) Upon the death of the last captain, you see: A cheer arises from the slaves as the last of the Kobold overseers fall. Odd that I couldnt obtain this with my level 9 monk, he responds he has nothing for "someone with your abilities." Yet these captains are DB at 9. Also I hail this guy every time I passed by him and he never offered it to me. Seems like a bug, oh well...
