This is the "East" Ashengate raid -- one of three raid expeditions involving Ashengate, Reliquary of the Scale. For the west expedition, click here. For the north expedition, click here.
In order to request and/or participate in this expedition, you must have completed the Ashengate Flagging Process. This expedition is given by Zhubis the Griffon Trainer. You say, 'Hail, Zhubis the Griffin Tamer' Zhubis the Griffin Tamer glances from side to side, to ensure no one is watching, 'You've got a lot of nerve coming here, _____. I'll give you that. There's something different about you, isn't there? It's the hatred in your eyes.. I find it quite unmistakable. You have been yearning for more than sticking it to Dyn`leth, you look as if you are ready to [challenge him] yourself. If your desire to see him fall is not yet as great as mine, I welcome you to continue aiding me in more of my menial but [essential tasks] to whittle away at the empire he has grown.' You say, 'I am ready to challenge him' If not enough people with you: Zhubis the Griffin Tamer lowers his head in disappointment, 'I hope you do not intend on challenging Dyn`leth's powerful army with that force, _____. Return to me once you have rallied enough troops suitable for such an undertaking. If you have enough with you: Zhubis the Griffon Tamer says 'So be it, _____. Let me know when you are ready to [enter Ashengate]. Once you find yourself there, you will know what to do. You will return to see me if you should manage to survive, won't you?' Ashengate, Reliquary of the Scale is now available to you An expedition window opens, and you can tell Zhubis you wish to "enter Ashengate" in order to zone in to the instance.
