This is the second of four tasks in a series of four.
Find Warwing Wendlez, located at -520, -265. At the end of the previous task, Warwing said: Warwing Wendlez says 'I. . . don't know what happened, it must have been a powerful enchantment. How mortifying! My training should have better prepared me to resist such an attack! Neezzee is gone, you say? Now our only hope is to find her [plans].' You say, 'Her plans?' Warwing Wendlez says 'She obsessively documented every military plan or theory she had. In my time here I've managed to infiltrate the War Council room, but only once. They must be inside! It is heavily guarded, but if you dispatched Neezee so easily I am sure it should pose little challenge. Bring me those plans! I fear the drones will become wary if I am seen so close to the Council room again.' You have been assigned the task 'Infiltrate the Hive'. Retrieve the plans from the war room for Warwing Wendiez 0/1 (Stone Hive) "Bixie War Plans" are a ground spawn at -182.51, -12.29, 410.69. Upon handing the plans in to Warwing: Warwing Wendlez says 'Most interesting. They are nearly.. gibberish. It seems our Bixies are more caught up in the idea of war than any idea of whom they want to war upon or for what purpose! I fear this may be some form of misdirection, wouldn't you say? They must have some true agenda we are just not seeing! I don't believe I can do this alone, friends. The time may be upon us to increase our [numbers].' You gain experience!! I was concerned that picking up the plans would break the Cloudy Potion invis. It did not.

The quest doesn't update upon picking up the plans. You have to take them back to Warwing Wendlez to get the update/completion.

The item is called Bixie War Plans
-182.51, -12.29, 410.69 just to the SE of Neezee in the same room.

The war room is the same room the Neezee spawns in, It will alsohave thebixie commanders and warpriestess' in there. THe plan are a ground spawn near where Neezee spawns
