So I can't finish tutorial the normal way. Lost out on a bit of precious xp. I tried log in and out then zoning.

This task is available once you hit level 3 and begins with Rahtiz in Gloomingdeep.
He offers two tasks, one of which is "Rebellion Reloaded". Rahtiz says, 'The kobolds will be charging down this passage here. I'll only have time to fire a few arrows before they close to melee. Venture into the tunnels beyond and bring me one more arrow, it might just save my life. The kobolds typically leave extras ammunition in the barrels throughout the mines. Break a few of them open and you'll likely find some arrows we can use.' (Hint: To open the barrels you can destroy and then loot the arrows from the wreckage.) Deliver 1 Class 1 Wood Point Arrow to Guard Rahtiz 0/1 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) The arrows found in the Kobold barrels (either open with the open hot key or break them up to get them): CLASS 1 Wood Point Arrow Quest Class: WAR PAL RNG SHD ROG Race: ALL Ammo Size: SMALL Base Dmg: 1 Weight 01 Range: 50 Skill: Archery When you turn in one arrow Guard Rahtiz says: Nice work, I'm sure the others will make good use of these arrows. I found this quiver stashed behind some boxes while out on patrol. I can't hit the wide end of an ogre with a bow, but maybe you can make better use of it. You receive 9 gold You gain experience!! What he said, it only takes one arrow for the quest not 4.

This was a very easy quest took all but 10 - 15 seconds and dropped the quiver, sold it to the merchant and recieved 1p and some gold.

And you only need 1 arrow.
The arrows that work for this quest are the ones you find in the barrels. I tried to give him regular fletched arrows and he did not give me exp and the music. I love this new tutorial zone, makes me want to reroll all my toons, almost.
