Several of these drakes appeared once the Ring of Vulak was triggered in the Temple of Veeshan, death touching anyone who tried to escape.
They are no longer a part of the event.

This mob was formally part of the Vulak Ring. This mob no longer spawns and is obslolete. It should be moved to the graveyard,where it was previously. You now spawn Vulak by just beating all the lords and ladies. When you do that,Thylex of Veeshan simply despawns and Vulak appears in his cubby.
Veeshan puts all other Gods and mobs to shame. Wrap your head around this, according to Norrathian lore, The Cobalt Scar, and the 2 huge fissures in Western Wastes are the result of one swipe from Veeshan's claw. The essence of veeshan is merely a shadow of the true power of VEESHAN.
and the great divide is also from veeshans claw =) the reason why they dont put him in the game is because veeshan is the size of luclin... that has to be the coolest thing ever

They DT, so be careful. If you accidentally trigger them, they will despawn after about 5-10 minutes.
