Yes but not very often, does not hit hard 200's max I got as a druid...dispells, have a clicky ready...easy to solo...

what's this guy's spawn time?
A 65 bst with the lvl 65 slow can pwn about 75% of the mobs in WW. No question. The Dar's and Jen Sapara are the exceptions to this as well as the other ToV guardians.
Anything else, if solo pulled and no adds, freakin simple. Slow, pet heal. Paragon when needed. Pet heal. Pet heal. Etc. Best not to melee the ones that AE dispell, but is sometimes needed for the ones that gate, and Yeldema who does not cast anything is easily 50/50 melee'd.

2 boxed this mob with a 65 pally 158aa's, 6500'ish hps when self buffs applied, and a 60 druid with 10 aa's. Was a VERY close fight used up all my mana, loh and hand of peity and both toons were oom. The druid did ok on rampage tanking, Just cast a chloroblast after taking hits. He didnt drop the talisman though. I went back today and brought my friend 62 SK 27aa's and was relativeley easy. He dropped the neck this time and the SK won roll. We plan on farming him till all our twinks have a talisman. Also dropped a lvl 55 ranger spell. With a healer, you could probably dou this mob. I doubt a 60 bst could solo, 65 maybe with a lot of aa's would have a fighting chance.
Pulling: theres a flat with a big crystal structure out from the ToV gorge. Theres a cave with wyverns behind it. Set up camp there, walkers are rare, only saw Travala fly by after the fight was over. Stay on top of the cliff and cast a non damaging spell on the mob, making sure theres nothing KoS in between.

Can a 60 bst solo his guy?
A 65 hunter with me(63 cleric ) took him down today.only 50% slowed on it,but still not hard for let him down.
Dropped NOTHING for us today...

Dropped a 7ac, 6sv all, 6 to all stats, 30 hp, 30 mana talisman.
Probably also drops random dragon armor, and spells like Divine Glory and Bard Songs.
