We killed him 8 times this weekend. He didn't drop a single Ore. None.
He dropped the type 7 aug once and the type 5 aug once.
He dropped the range item once.
He dropped a lesser spell twice.
He dropped the weapon every time.

It appears that the Dark Blue (at level 120) Frosted Dracholiches are the placeholders.

His dots were not an issue to anyone in our group (120 DRU/ENC/NEC/WAR). They were barely noticable.

I wish this spawn info were accurate however, even if that were the case the day you camped it I have found that the mobs dont reliably spawn the same level in any of the same locations, so therefore, not true.
