1st anyone know if there is something special you need to do to get her to spawn? The legs are used for a quest in Misty thicket you get some pretty nice items for doing it also. The hardest thing to get is either the Giant fire beetle legs and the Giant Scarb egg sack. Maybe I will hit the vendors and see is someone has sold any there. You could get much more for the legs in Misty personaly I would pay couple plat each.

What is her usual Spawn Time and where in Qeynos North?
The Queen doesn't have a set spawn time nor location. Kill the Prince and Princess placeholders, though.

After using the eye to enchant silver, the eye is left in your inventory for sale to a merchant.

The eye casts Enchant: Silver. Note: You do not need silver to cast this; it will summon the enchanted silver. Legs sell for a gold or two at the vendors, I believe. Great for all the young wanna be enchanters.
