Chocolate Bacon? Seriously? What weird loots! I had not managed to open a chest, having tried /open, then clicked my Lucky Charm, nothing happened.
I have tried this quest many times this frostfell season. I have the lucky charms to open the chests. I open them, but it won't let me loot them. Even as master looter. Either there is something incomplete or the quest id dead.
IIRC it was hard to loot with the adv loot tool but if you turn it off and loot the old fashioned way then it should work - someone else mentions the need to manual loot back in 2017 - by nyteshayd

FYI you can quest multiple charms and use them separately - they arent recast linked or LORE :)
There is also a Cured bacon Recipe scroll.
Turns out there are 6 chests in this zone at the following locations:
Inside top floor of windmill by the farm, 1 by each house, 1 by the little shack and on by the fenced structure behind the farm.
These chests cannot be attacked or opened normally. Typing /open will get you a message about needing luck to figure out the combination. Use the Luck Charm and then /open is the secret. The Lucky Charm buff dissapates (is used up) in the process, so only one chest openign every six hours.... :(

Use the Lucky Charm (from the solo task) and target chest, click the charm and then /open the chest.
